Blossom and Bloom Show

After a small break to re-imagine and refill my well, I was back to exhibiting at the Blossom and Bloom Show last weekend, with new artwork.  The venue, the main hall at Union station, was gorgeous and with spring just blossoming all around, it felt like the perfect way to come out of hibernation.  Enjoy some pictures from by booth!

Thank you to the angels in my life, my folks and friends who helped me out both emotionally and physically! I couldn't live my dream without you.  And to all those who stopped by that day, with such genuine interest and appreciation for my work, thank you from my heart!! Your conversation, energy and encouragement made my day!

Fall Markets...at The Gladstone and Harbourfront Marketplace

For artisans and crafters, market season is gearing up now for the holiday season, which is right around the corner.  These last couple of weekends I participated in 2 very different markets.  The first was an indoor market at the Gladstone.  Its such a beautiful venue and always attracts such great and varied vendors.  The second, was an outdoor market at Harbourfront Marketplace by the water.  It was a sunny day and although a bit cool, my view from my booth was of the lake.  Can't beat that for a days work!  I love meeting all the talented and creative vendors and I especially love to meet my customers in person and share my story with them.  Here's some pics of those days!

Fire Fly Tulips off to its new home!

I met a lovely woman named Julie a few weeks ago at an artisan sale we both participated in.  The show, sadly, turned out to be underwhelming, but I had the chance to connect with Julie.  She is an aromatherapist, who makes her own skincare line (awesome!) and has a treatment practice for facials, aromatherapy massages, the works!  She really liked my work and picked up a piece for her treatment room.  I hope it adds to the calming space she's created and her clients enjoy the view!  She'll be sending of photo of it when its hanging in her space, which I'll post here.
